Inventory Management:
Our scalable systems are designed to acquire, receive, store
and issue either customer supplied or S.P.A., Inc. manufactured
goods. This includes initial Bill of Materials definition
as well as setting minimum and maximum inventory levels by
component.
The objective is to maintain a low inventory cost without
compromising customer service and delivery lead times.
Supplied materials may be received from your distribution
facilities or directly from your manufacturer to minimize
cost and lead time.
When an order is received it is picked,
packaged according to instructions and shipped. At this point
inventory is relieved allowing you an accurate picture of
your business on an ongoing basis.
